How the Leaderboard Works
Every club has its own leaderboard that tracks member activity and awards points based on participation. Here's how the scoring system works.

How It's Calculated
Your leaderboard score is calculated in real time based on your activity within each club. Every time you visit a club page, the leaderboard refreshes with the latest data.
Chapter Read (10 pts each)
Every chapter you mark as read earns you 10 points. This is the most consistent way to climb the leaderboard — just keep up with the reading pace!
Comments (5 pts each)
Sharing your thoughts on a chapter earns you 5 points per comment. Quality discussion is the heart of every book club.
Reactions (2 pts each)
React to chapters with emojis to earn 2 points each. A quick way to show how a chapter made you feel.
Theories (8 pts each)
Create a theory about what might happen next in the book. Each theory earns 8 points, rewarding creative thinking and engagement.
Theory Votes Received (3 pts each)
When other members vote on your theories, you earn 3 points per vote. Write compelling theories to earn more!
Theory Confirmed (15 pts each)
If the host confirms your theory was correct, you earn a whopping 15 points. The ultimate bragging rights.
Poll Votes (3 pts each)
Participate in club polls to earn 3 points per vote. Every voice matters.
Daily Streak (+2 per day)
Your streak tracks consecutive days of activity across the entire app — not just one club. Every day you do something (read a chapter, comment, react), your streak grows. Your current streak days are added as bonus points (2 per day).
Seniority (+1 per week)
The longer you've been a member of a club, the more seniority points you earn. Each full week of membership adds 1 point.

Fair Play
The leaderboard is meant to encourage engagement, not competition. All activity is tracked automatically — there's no way to game the system. Just enjoy the book and participate naturally!
